Trade Professional / Network Terms

Trade Professional / Network Terms

Version 2026-09-v1 · Effective 8 September 2026

These terms apply when you register as a trade professional or trade contracting business with the Dayworks network.

1. The network

Dayworks is a professional network and connection service for businesses and independent trade professionals in Ireland. It is not a jobs board, employer or construction contractor.

2. Free registration

Registration is free. Dayworks does not charge trade professionals for registration, subscriptions, leads, introductions, quoting or receiving opportunities.

3. Verification and opportunities

Dayworks may review identity, experience, qualifications, references and compliance information. Verification is not accreditation, a work guarantee, or a promise of any particular number of enquiries or engagements.

4. Your information and confidentiality

Keep your profile, rates, availability and documents accurate. Dayworks keeps registration information and private documents private, sharing appropriate professional details only for a relevant approved introduction and not publishing them as a public directory. You must keep confidential information about businesses and requests confidential.

5. Availability and direct relationship

Availability is an indication, not a commitment. You may accept or decline an opportunity. If introduced, you and the customer establish and manage the underlying commercial relationship directly, including scope, rates, timing, safety and payment.

6. Dayworks does not pay for underlying work

Dayworks does not employ you, run payroll, supervise your work, or process the underlying construction or labour payments. Dayworks fees, if any, are paid by the requesting business and are separate from your own charges.

7. Operational communications

You agree that Dayworks may contact you by email, phone, WhatsApp or other operational channels about registration, verification, availability, requests, introductions and account administration. Keep contact details current and tell us if you no longer wish to be considered.

8. Private documents

Upload only documents you are entitled to share. Documents are handled for verification and suitability purposes, access is limited to authorised Dayworks staff and appropriate sharing is decided at introduction stage.

9. Reliability and conduct

Provide honest information, respond promptly where possible, attend agreed work or communicate changes directly, and act professionally and safely. Do not misuse customer information or bypass agreed Dayworks processes.

10. Suspension and termination

You may ask Dayworks to close your account. Dayworks may suspend or close access where information is misleading, conduct is unsafe or inappropriate, obligations are breached, or the network is no longer suitable. Existing confidentiality and privacy obligations continue where relevant.

11. Privacy

Dayworks handles personal information as described in its Privacy Notice. That notice explains profile details, qualifications, documents, requests, connections, payments and communications.

12. Irish law and review

These terms are intended to be governed by Irish law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. This operational version requires final professional legal review by Dayworks’ Irish solicitor before public launch and is not presented as legal advice.
