Contractor labour charges are agreed separately between the businesses. Fees apply to business and professional use only, not private domestic work.

Dayworks Connection Fee

€70 + VAT per contractor connection. Paid when the business activates its request: pay once to activate the Dayworks search for a suitable contractor. Whether that contractor supplies one professional or an available crew, the Dayworks fee for that contractor connection remains €70 + VAT. Contractor charges are agreed separately between the businesses.
- The Dayworks Connection Fee is per separate contractor connection, NOT per worker.
- One contractor supplying one worker: €70 + VAT.
- One contractor supplying five workers: still €70 + VAT.
- Two separate contractors: €140 + VAT.
- Three separate contractors: €210 + VAT.
- Your initial €70 + VAT payment activates the search for one contractor connection. If additional separate contractor connections are required, Dayworks will obtain your approval before any additional Connection Fee is charged.
- NO SUITABLE CONNECTION? CONNECTION FEE REFUND. If Dayworks is unable to make a suitable contractor connection for your paid requirement, you can request a refund of the applicable Dayworks Connection Fee in accordance with our Business Terms.
The Dayworks Connection Fee is separate from the contractor's own agreed rate. Contractors independently set their own rates for work and labour supplied; Dayworks does not set trade day rates. Dayworks does not process payments or issue invoices for the work itself.
Review the connection before it happens
After your request is activated, we provide relevant experience, qualifications, compliance, location, capacity and availability in a private suitability summary so you can decide whether the proposed connection suits your requirement. Full identifying and contact details are released once you confirm you want the introduction. Dayworks does not process the underlying contractor work charges; those are agreed directly between the businesses.

How the connection fee is calculated.
Number of Separate Contractor Connections × €70 + VAT
The fee is counted per separate contractor connection, never per worker or person supplied. The number of people a contractor brings does not change the fee. Your initial €70 + VAT payment activates the search for one contractor connection; additional separate connections are only ever arranged with your approval.

Example: one trade contractor supplying a team of five means 5 workers supplied, 1 contractor connected, and a fee of €70 + VAT. Two separate contractors means two connections and €140 + VAT, regardless of how many people each supplies.

- Who agrees the underlying work?
- The customer and contractor agree the work, rates and payment directly. Dayworks does not process those underlying payments.
- What if plans change?
- Contact Dayworks about cancellation, replacement or refund options. A refund is not automatic for a changed requirement, while a confirmed contractor failure may qualify for replacement or refund under the Business Terms. Dayworks does not guarantee a connection or work outcome.
