Dayworks may collect business and trade-professional details such as names, contact details, business information, location, trades, experience, qualifications, references, rates and availability. We may also receive compliance documents, verification notes, labour requests, connection records and Dayworks fee payment records.

We keep operational communications and account activity needed to administer registration, verification, availability, requests, introductions, payments and support. This can include email, phone and WhatsApp contact details and messages relevant to the service.

We use information to create and secure accounts, assess suitability, review compliance, search the professional network, arrange approved introductions, record and reconcile Dayworks fees, communicate operationally, prevent misuse and improve the service.

Trade-professional information is kept private by default. At the approved introduction stage, Dayworks may share appropriate identifying, professional and contact details with the relevant business. We do not publish private profiles or documents as a public directory. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the service, protect it or process a requested payment or communication.

Compliance documents are handled as private account material for verification and suitability purposes. Access is limited to authorised Dayworks personnel and appropriate information is shared only when a connection has reached the relevant introduction stage. Please upload only documents you are entitled to share.

You can ask Dayworks to access, correct or update your information, or ask questions about how it is used. You may also ask about deletion or restriction where applicable. Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate operational, legal or security reasons; this notice does not invent a fixed statutory retention period.

Dayworks may use essential browser storage and similar technical tools to keep the service secure, remember session state and support basic operation. We do not use cookies to create a public directory, sell paid leads or track people for advertising. If non-essential analytics or marketing tools are introduced, Dayworks will provide the appropriate information and choices before using them.
